Burdock root is a mild alterative which may gently increase lymphatic, kidney and liver function.

Burdock root is a rich source of inulin which contains FOS (fructo-oligerosaccharides) which act as prebiota and promote the growth of healthy bowel flora. It also has mild hepatoprotective activity and can be used as a gentle liver tonic.

I do not dilute my tinctures with water, so this tincture will be super fresh and potent for you.

Recommended dosage is 20-30 drops 3x/day.

Ingredients: Organic Dried Root of Arctium lappa, 100 proof vodka

My 1 oz or 2 oz tincture bottles come in a reusable glass bottle with a dropper.
