Ingredients: Organic dried Vitex berries, 100 proof vodka

My 1 oz or 2 oz tincture bottles come in a reusable glass bottle with a dropper. My 4 oz bottles come with a screw cap.

I highly recommend the 2 oz bottle to start with, as this herb must be worked with every day consistantly over a period of time to be effective.

Suggested dosage: 40-60 drops in juice or water, twice per day. OR two droppers full once per day.
